Hitoshi Oue

Software Engineer

Prior to joining Montra, he gained experience as a developer working at the National Oceanic Resource Management Authority (NORMA) in Pohnpei, Micronesia, and later as a Full Stack Developer at the Energy Information Administration (EIA) in Washington D.C. His goal is to become a versatile and well-rounded developer.

Hitoshi graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
